Rabbi Moshe Shulman

Founding Dean

Rabbi Shulman is a graduate of the Sha'alvim Educational Center, with Rabbinic ordination from the Jerusalem Chief Rabbinate. He is also a graduate of Sha'alvim's Sha'al Institute for Rabbinic and Educational Training. He holds a Teacher's Degree from Sha'alvim Teacher's College and a B.Sc. in Computer Software Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology. He has had a distinguished rabbinic career for over two decades in communal rabbinic leadership in Canada and now in St. Louis, and has taught Judaic Studies at high schools in the communities where he has served. 





Rabbi Daniel Freund


Rabbi Daniel Freund has been with Yeshivat Kadimah since its inception in 2013. In his years at YKHS, Rabbi Freund  has built many positive and lasting relationships with students. In addition to teaching a wide range of Judaic subjects, he has provided guidance, counsel, and encouragement.

Before joining YKHS, Rabbi Freund had many years of experience working with high school students as a teacher and Dormitory Supervisor at the Fasman Yeshiva High School in Skokie, IL. Rabbi Freund received his Rabbinic Ordination from Lander College and earned his BA in economics from Yeshiva University. He also holds in MA in Educational Leadership from Bellevue University, and is an adjunct faculty member of Bellevue University’s Business School.

Dr. Brad Heger

Director of Education

Dr. Brad Heger is a native St. Louisan with over 42 years of experience in the  classroom and in educational administration. In his years at YKHS, Dr. Heger has used his vast network to assemble a stellar team of General Studies educators year after year. His years of experience are invaluable to students seeking guidance, encouragement, and advice.


Dr. Heger has an undergraduate teaching degree in English from St. Louis University. He also earned a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration. He has served in both the Ladue Public School System and in the Archdiocese of St. Louis, as teacher and administrator, before joining Yeshivat Kadimah as General Studies Education Director.
